I am the leading coach in the music industry helping music entrepreneurs - from musicians to music industry coaches & teachers - grow their audiences, launch their offers, and scale their businesses.
IT ALL STARTED AFTER COLLEGE...
After graduation from NYU where I studied music business, I took a full-time job in music publishing, built up the non-profit #WomxnCrush Music, and performed live around NYC as a solo artist.
All while experiencing, and learning how to overcome burnout & crippling anxiety.
FINALLY, I QUIT.
I decided to make a change and start my own business as a wellness coach for musicians. After just a year in business, I replaced my full-time income.
As I began to scale and grow I learned a couple things:
- My business does the best when I am doing the best - when I am in alignment
- A solid support system & community make it possible to keep going when thinks get hard
I believe that the ones who will be successful in this industry moving forward are the ones who grow personally to grow professionally.
I have seen and know this to be true. That's why I prioritize personal development for myself, and for my clients.
And why I've created this next-level mastermind - to facilitate a community of women in music dedicated to theirselves, and their business, with a support system around them. (the perfect recipe for joy and success)

- Attract ideal clients/fans like you're 1D after getting back together. Your DMs will be popping with a constant stream of leads (gigs, clients, and/or students) that are a perfect fit, reaching out to work with/support you.

Students must fill out an application and be personally interviewed by Katie to qualify for a spot.
Once you've thoroughly completed & submitted the application, you will be contacted by Katie via Instagram or email to talk further and set up a 20 minute interview with her personally to make sure this is a good fit.

No more than 10 people will be accepted into the Mastermind, as it's important to us to keep this an intimate, small group experience with a handpicked group of people who are committed to upleveling.
How much access do I get to you, Katie?
My Out to Be Mastermind clients get the highest level of support I offer aside from my private coaching experience. The Mastermind is a 1:1 / group hybrid program, meaning you get both 1:1 calls and messaging access to me, AND the group experience. It's a win win.
Do you have a refund policy?
Due to the live nature of this program, we do not currently offer refunds. When you commit, you commit knowing you're going to give it your all for the next 6 months for a total business and life transformation. This is why our application process is so thorough - so we know everyone who joins is ready & willing to be here.
