So...what does that look like?
A 1:1, or private coaching/teaching program is a program that allows you to work, well, 1:1 with your clients or students!
Often 1:1 programs include coaching (or teaching) sessions, Voxer access (or another type of 1:1 access to chat in between calls), and, if you’ve built up your product suite, can also include access to your other courses or programs.
In 1:1 programs, you may be operating with a framework, but more often than not you will be meeting your clients/students where they’re at to help them experience a transformation and growth.

- ✔️ You love working closely with people to coach them through their problems and achieve major transformations.
- ✔️ You do best teaching/coaching when it’s just you and the other person and you can intimately get to know them/the area they need support in.
- ✔️ You may be just getting started, but you’ve got some warm leads in your audience that you know want your support.
- ✔️ You’re still figuring out what your “method” or “framework” for getting results is, and this allows you to work hands on with clients to see what works (and what doesn’t).
- ✔️ You’re ready to bring in more income, and a higher-ticket program like 1:1 will allow you to make good income from your biz.
THE PROS:
- It’s a great way to start AND scale your biz! Launching a 1:1 program
- Typically sold at a higher price point, meaning your audience & client size doesn’t have to be large to make significant income!
- Allows you to work closely with your clients and get them transformations & testimonials.
THE CONS:
- With a 1:1 program, you are trading time for money, and so at a certain point there will be a cap on how many clients/students you can take on before maxing our your time or energy. (We don’t want you to burn out!)
- Since 1:1 programs might be anywhere from 8 weeks to 6 months, or even a year long, it’s important the clients you take on are ideal clients, otherwise you could be stuck working with duds for long periods!
