This Out To Be Group VIP Day in Paris Terms & Conditions Agreement is made between Katie Zaccardi (“Coach”) and the undersigned client, (“You.”) Katie Zaccardi and You hereby agree to the following:
- You are entering into the Out To Be Group VIP Day in Paris whereby Katie Zaccardi will personally provide business and mindset coaching to You over a 6 hour period on Saturday, September 25th in Paris, France. This VIP Day includes: QUARTER 4 + 2022 Strategy Planning, Mindset Breakthrough Session, Collaborative business brainstorming with the inspiring Paris backdrop, Parisian Lunch, and a Bonus gift.
- The cost of the program is $497 pay in full. No refunds or cancellations will be offered.
- While Katie Zaccardi is absolutely convinced that you will derive great benefits from her Out To Be Group VIP Day in Paris Program and that You should become as successful as You envision, She of course cannot represent or guarantee that you will attain a certain level of success as a result of her Out To Be Group VIP Day in Paris. As with any success, your results will depend on many factors, including your personal motivation, time commitment, how effectively you implement the strategies taught, and your efficiency in following up.
- You acknowledge and understand that the methods, processes and strategies taught in the Out To Be Group VIP Day in Paris Program constitute Katie Zaccardi's coaching methods which are confidential, and for which she claims copyright protection. You agree to maintain the absolute confidence of her Out To Be 1:1 Coaching Program and coaching methods and materials and agree not to duplicate, disseminate, distribute or otherwise disclose any part to any parties, for any reason, unless authorized by Katie Zaccardi.

Client understands Katie Zaccardi (herein referred to as “Coach”) , is not an employee, agent, lawyer, doctor, manager, therapist, public relations or business manager, registered dietician, or financial analyst, psychotherapist or accountant. Client understands that Coach has not promised, shall not be obligated to and will not; (1) procure or attempt to procure employment or business or opportunities for Client; (2) perform any music business management functions including but not limited to, strategy consulting, or advice with regard thereto; (3) act as a therapist providing psychoanalysis, psychological counseling or behavioral therapy; (4) act as a public relations manager; (5) act as a publicist to procure any publicity, interviews, write-ups, features, television, print or digital media exposure for Client; (6) introduce Client to Consultant’s network of contacts, media partners or business partners. Client understands that a relationship does not exist between the parties after the conclusion of this Program. If the Parties wish to continue their relationship, they shall execute a separate agreement.
- *As part of my participation in this program, (AND OTHER THAN FOR PRIVATE COACHING SESSIONS), I agree that Katie Zaccardi may video record, audio record, photograph or otherwise capture my likeness, voice, images, interviews, and statements made, and hereby assign to Katie Zaccardi all rights and title to have and to use, royalty free, any portion of my participation, for advertising and marketing purposes, documentary purposes, informational purposes, training purposes, or any other related purposes.

By entering into this Out To Be Group VIP Day in Paris Terms & Conditions Agreement, You agree to have read and understand the foregoing provisions and agree to be bound hereby.
